My standards are high, hence be ready to put sufficient effort in your training. Although the training atmosphere is relaxed, but job has to be done! I strongly believe that everything comes from the brain. You have to learn how to use it in order to unleash your full potential.

Being active is vital. Whatever you do, just do not sit on a couch all day. As a former athlete, I strongly believe that everyone(!) can achieve their desired results. 

My life philosophy is – Happiness is the ultimate goal! Life is complicated enough; hence I like to keep everything as simple as possible.
