CROSSWIM® INDIVIDUAL is 1 on 1 CROSSWIM® training

CROSSWIM® INDIVIDUAL is the private one on one training with a coach. After the areas of training focus are identified, the training is tailored to correct and/or improve that areas. As it is individual training, the training session may have a focus on swimming, muscle strength or aerobic conditioning components. Also, this training can be aimed to meet personal specific goal such as completion of a  triathlon event or compliment sport specific training.

There are no age restrictions for this training, but keep in mind that CROSSWIM® is not solely learn-to-swim training, hence some strength training in or out of water is implemented, which in turn compliments the swimming component. 

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Whilst there are no minimum age limits, a child has to be confident in a water by him/herself

MAIN FOCUS

To improve the identified areas of the main focus. This may include:

•  Swimming skills and technique
•  Swimming distance and aerobic conditioning (stamina)
•  Correct form of the fundamental body movements such as squat, pull, push, vertical press etc.

SESSION STRUCTURE

The session structure may vary depending on a session goals and main areas of the focus.

Total session duration – 60 min

Enrol ANYTIME.
Start training anytime purchasing a pack of 5 or 10 training sessions.

EQUIPMENT.
All training equipment is included, except your personal goggles and water bottle.

TRIAL SESSION.
If you are in doubts, a trial session can be organised. There is no difference between the trial session and normal training one, hence if you decide to continue, the trial session will be included in a payment. If not – it’s “on the house”.

CANCELLATIONS.
Free of charge training  session cancellation has to be made 48h prior the session start. Otherwise you will be charged as usual.
