CROSSWIM® training programs are tailored for both children and adults.
Any age. Any fitness level. No more excuses!

CROSSWIM® ENTRY is the first step to CROSSWIM® training.
In this program children continue working on technical aspects of swimming, such as correct stroke execution, proper recovery during the stroke cycle etc. As aerobic conditioning (stamina) is another important focus in ENTRY program, swimming distance is dramatically increased comparing to Level 8 in any swimming school. We cover around 1 km per session. Also children learn correct form of the fundamental body movements, such as squat, push, pull etc.

CROSSWIM® PRIME is the main program in CROSSWIM® training.
This program is the next step from ENTRY. Participants continue refining swimming technique with specific focus on swimming efficiency. Strength exercises are more advanced and challenging. Power block is added to the training in order to target anaerobic body energy system. The swimming distance is also increased with average 1.7 km per session. This program doesn’t have age limitations, so anyone can join.

CROSSWIM® SOCIAL is the community club based CROSSWIM® training.
This program is designed for anyone who is keen to stay fit for longer. No age limitations and very low entry requirements. All you need is desire to maintain (improve) your fitness level and continue refining the swimming skills. New strokes can be learnt in this program as well. Although the training plan is always available, this is not a coaching program as a coach in most cases will be training together. No pressure here, train on your own pace. Also, the strength component can be performed both in or out of water.

CROSSWIM® INDIVIDUAL is private 1 on 1 CROSSWIM® training.
This program is specifically adjusted to your goals. After identifying the main areas of focus, a coach will tailor the program in order to improve these areas. It can be anything from swimming stroke corrections to the preparation for a  major event. Strength and/or power components may be implemented to the training as well to improve muscles overall or specific functional performance. Children can learn fundamental body movements quicker due to close coach supervision.

INDIVIDUAL

CROSSWIM® FAMILY is the training for all members of one family.
Think individual training in a family training environment. Each family member follows specific training plan to achieve personal goals. It can be any … learn a new stroke, correct swimming technique, improve muscles strength etc. Some skills/blocks may be performed together by all family members to maintain a good vibe and fun. Although, there is a limitation for the minors. They have to be confident in a deep water as training runs mostly in a lap swimming pool.
